We have an exciting week ahead as we transition to our summer practice schedule and prepare for our first swim meet of the season!

⚠️ Important Reminders:
• Afternoon practices DO NOT occur on meet days.
• We DO practice the morning of swim meets.
• There are no Friday evening practices.

🔥 WEDNESDAY, JUNE 3 — OUR FIRST OFFICIAL MEET!

We can't wait for our first meet of the season! Get ready for team cheers, racing, ribbons, and lots of Wembly spirit.

📣 SWIMMER DECLARATIONS DUE TUESDAY!
Please log into SwimTopia/SwimMetro and declare your swimmer's availability and events no later than Tuesday. This helps our coaches build the meet lineup and ensures every swimmer has the best opportunity to compete.

⏰ Meet Timeline:
• 4:30 PM – Swimmer Check-In Begins
• 5:00–5:20 PM – Wembly Warm-Ups
• 5:50 PM – Clerk of Course Opens
• 6:00 PM – Meet Begins (Splash TIME!)

🚗 Parking:
• Front lot (Gaskins Rd) and rear lot (Wembly Rd) are available
• Please DO NOT park on Wembly Road — vehicles may be towed

🪑 Seating:
• Bring deck chairs for comfortable viewing
• Keep the baby pool gate area clear for Clerk of Course access
• Pool areas will be closed during the meet except for meet operations

🙋VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Our swim team cannot function without parent volunteers. Every family is expected to help throughout the season, and our home meets require many hands to run smoothly.

The volunteer sign-up is now open, and many positions still need to be filled. Thank you in advance for helping make our first home meet a success!

Our annual Swim-A-Thon is one of the biggest fundraisers of the season and helps support equipment, team activities, awards, and more.
